Gourmandise School is a wonderful place to learn cooking and baking skills. The teachers are expert and completely approachable, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The individual classes are terrific and I've now taken 3 series classes, each of which has given me a solid basis and knowledge to cook and bake confidently. GREAT value for the money.

Chef Robyn brilliantly executed a professional level class in Baking with Chocolate. The Devil's Food Cupcake and Brownie with Bourbon Caramel vied for perfection status when devoured at home. I also took the Thanksgiving Pie class and can highly recommend The Gourmandise School for their carefully organized classes and devoted instructors. Will definitely up your cooking skills.

We had a wonderful experience in the 'Baking with Chocolate' class! Chef Robyn did an excellent job and was patient with everyone's different levels of ability. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy ourselves and learn a great deal about the science of baking, we also walked out with two HUGE boxes full of delicious chocolate baked goods: brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and caramel and chocolate sauces to boot.

The Gourmandise school exceeded my expectations. We did the baking with chocolate class with Chef Robyn and it was fantastic. There were so many little tips and tricks to make our baked goods perfect. The class was well thought out and there were no hiccups in the schedule. 10/10 would do this again.

Lots of fun and great practice with all sorts of dishes. They provide quality ingredients which leads to amazing food regardless of skill level and you're left with so much food. All of the instructors are super knowledgeable and great at demonstrating and teaching cooking skills.

I just completed the 4-Week French Patisserie Series at The Gourmandise School, and it was fantastic! The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate, guiding us through classic pastries with hands-on techniques.
