    I’ve been going to the Strength classes at The Bakery for about 3 months and it’s been a great experience. Coach D is a motivating, nice trainer, along with all the inspiring women at this gym. I am new to lifting weights or resistance training so learning the foundation was important to me. I appreciate that Coach D will always guide you and help correct your form for the most effective, safe, full-body workout. The equipment and vibe here is the best!

    Best gym I have ever been too! When I started at the Bakery I had zero knowledge on how to use free weights. Coach D's on ramp program helped me become familiar with weights, the exercises themselves and my form. Along with the on ramp program he also provide a nutrition plan to best meet my goals. The Bakery is a warm, welcoming and encouraging environment. I am so happy I found this gym!

    I’ve been a member of Do You Live It Fitness for about two months, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my fitness journey.     I recently started at The Bakery (3 weeks ago) and I have had such a great experience so far! I am so excited to see, and feel the results, as I continue to attend every week. I decided to join this gym primarily because I felt very insecure and lost at the gym, and second because I loved the idea of women supporting each other, and Coach D has been nothing but motivating, and supportive in each session! I can't recommend The Bakery enough, it makes working out so much fun, time flies, and you learn so much every time! I think this is such a great investment in oneself, and you definitely will be on your way to becoming a better person not only physically, but mentally as well.

    We all know weight lifting is important for our health but don't know where/how to begin. The Bakery is the perfect place to start. But don't be fooled, it's not just for beginners, either- Coach D is meticulously watching for form and will make corrections. However, if he feels like you're going too light in weight he will call you out on the spot 😅.
    The gym can appear intimating when you first walk in but Coach D will walk you through the routine and explain each move.
    It's only been 2 weeks but I can already feel my strength building and I'm looking forward to seeing my body continue to get stronger. Highly recommend to both newbies trying out weight training and gymrat veterans.

    I’ve been coming to The Bakery for approximately 2 months now, and the atmosphere in this gym is truly refreshing. It’s a community where women empower each other to be better every day. Coach D does an amazing job motivating, encouraging, and teaching us the correct form—it’s very educational. Since joining, I’ve noticed several positive changes: I’ve lost weight, lifted more than I ever thought possible, but most importantly, it’s helped my mental health tremendously. I’m excited to continue this journey, and I’m so grateful for this supportive community Coach D has built!

    I started the bakery a little over 2 weeks ago, I was really looking for more direction, guidance in my form with my workouts and to build my confidence with knowing I was doing my workouts correctly and needed some more accountability, Coach D has definitely taught me the correct form in my workouts since starting, I now feel more confident when I do go to the gym alone knowing my workouts are solid. I’ve definitely seen growth already in the few weeks that I’ve been here with my endurance and strength, the environment is very uplifting and motivating. I highly recommend!
