I joined Teddys Total Fitness a little over a year ago and I must say, I am totally satisfied with that decision. Working out at Teddy’s fitness has definitely given me discipline in my everyday lifestyle, I’ve also been very consistent as well. Ted is amazing! He's been flexible and supportive while also challenging me to do my best. I've had 4 sessions with him so far and I already feel stronger and healthier. Very friendly vibe in the facility as well. I’m excited to continue working with him!

This is the first time I have ever lost weight and kept it off since finding Teddy. He is truly an amazing trainer and supportive coach that I thank my lucky stars for every day. I started off with group classes and then to boxing and then to personal training. The result is I am down 70 lbs and counting! I have goals I am working towards and he is helping me realize them. Sometimes life has bumps in the road but he has kept me on track because he honestly cares about his clients. You won’t be disappointed!
