Coach Sienna has been training my son for a couple years now and he has grown immensely! She cares about his progress and tailors the training to meet my son’s goals he has set for himself. She takes the time to talk to him about his goals and gives him suggestions to help him achieve them. Having her as my son’s trainer is the best decision I could have made. Sienna is a very adept coach. Her ability to identify your child's areas of improvement, then tailor it to their session is nothing short of genius. To watch my child implement Sienna's teachings in real game time moments makes it worth it 10x's over! I would highly recommend her to anyone! Coach Sienna has been a superb personal soccer trainer/coach for my daughter who plays competitive soccer. Workout sessions are custom tailored to address her needs based on soccer position or areas of improvement. They are high energy and focused. She also offers helpful tips during her sessions from her perspective as a coach and also as a former professional and collegiate soccer player which are invaluable and my daughter loves. My daughter has been to a variety of different soccer trainers and clinics, and this is the one she enjoys and she believes she benefits the most.

Sienna is the total package! My daughter (8) has only been training with her for a few weeks but in that short time, it’s evident that she is not only extremely skilled and proficient at her sport, but is an outstanding teacher and coach of it as well. She is patient and encouraging but disciplined and structured. My daughter became comfortable with drills in just an hour that I would anticipate taking weeks to learn. She operates her business professionally and is very responsive. If things continue the way they’ve started, I fully recommend SZ for anyone looking to invest in their player’s skill set.
