I had the pleasure of trying out this dance studio for two different classes during Santa Cruz dance week! Friday 8:00 a.m.pilates and Sunday 9 AM adult ballet. Both were amazing classes with very talented and competent instructors. AND I feel welcome in both of these classes as a new student. Definitely pleased to have such amazing fitness options in Santa Cruz county.

Such a great studio for every person in the family. They offer a wide range of classes from Tai Chi and Zumba to Tabata and Hip Hop so there's always a fun class for everyone. The instructors are great. The atmosphere is great. You won't regret taking a class here!

Love this place. The owners are super cool people and they've done an outstanding job creating a wonderful and friendly workout environment. My wife loves their hard core cardio kickboxing class. Highly recommend it!
