Had a great experience yesterday at Studs Century City. Lupe was amazing! She changed 3 earrings for me and added 4 new piercings to my lobes. Best part she was so calm and gentle that I had no pain & felt totally comfortable. I love, love, love the end result! I will definitely be back & recommend 1000.

Experience in store was great. I went in on Nov 1st, bought 4 earrings and had them placed into existing cartilage piercings. I bought the titanium piercing flat backs and it seemed like they were on fairly tight. Fast forward to today, Nov 6, and two of the earrings have just fallen out and unfortunately, they have been lost since I’m not sure when they fell out. When I initially had these piercings done, the earrings stayed in for years. I’m shocked at just how quickly these flat back earrings just came off. Either they weren’t put in properly or the quality is lacking. Either way, I’m going somewhere else to get the earrings replaced.

Illeana has done piercing for my daughter twice. She is awesome!! She knows what she's doing and is quick. She also takes much care in the process. Highly recommend her!!! She's a sweetie too! Give this girl a raise!!!

I've had 4 piercings done here by Ileana and she is amazing!!! I'm absolutely obsessed and can't wait to get more. She was so gentle, a delight to talk to, and my piercings healed wonderfully. Also she's so responsive, she gave me her instagram name just in case I had any questions. I have reached out to her a few times and she is always so helpful. Ileana is 10/10 and I will be back to see her for more piercings soon!

Went in to exchange an earring I bought that I spent 30 minutes trying to open.. after spending 400 here. Customer service when I first went in was amazing!! Lupe was a rockstar!!

Customer service today, unfortunately was terrible. I didn’t catch her name, but she was neither friendly or welcoming to me, or the other women in the shop who was genuinely interested in getting a piercing.we both left. I’ll be going to a different LA location for my return.

Studs was great! Making an appointment was easy and the staff were really nice! Piercer was very knowledgeable, calm, and clean. The whole process was easy and I also loved the variety in jewelry options

The staff here are very rude and unhelpful - they had a multibuy promo going on and no one told us about it. We bought 6 earrings between the two of us and only noticed the poster for the promo AFTER paying. When we asked if they could reverse the transaction and recharge us so we can take advantage of the sale, they agreed to do it for only 1 of us because it was too much work to do both.

The lady seemed extremely inconvenienced any time we asked a question or asked to take an earing out of the case so we could hold it up to our ears (they don't allow try-ons). She also gave my friend an obviously faulty earring because it was very difficult to open/close, and when my friend asked for a replacement piece she kept trying to convince us that there was nothing wrong with it. Eventually she gave us a replacement and it worked perfectly fine.

They have cute stuff but the service was extremely off-putting, because of which I will probably never buy from STUDS again.

Westfield Studs location was excellent. I was in and out with my piercings! I also love the online store, I’ve purchased several pairs of earrings. I love their earrings!
