The vibe at this studio is very good, it gives you a sense of community working towards a common goal. Shelly (owner) is always experimenting with new postures. There are different versions of the class suited to all needs : cardio, movement, strengthening and mind-body connection. And they have a great collection of athleisure too.

Shelly, Ava, Jenn K and team are fantastic!

They have some great promotions on for the month of June/July, must checkout!

Just took my first class at this studio today. AMAZINGGG! I took a barre class with Shelley. Her class is challenging but she makes it very approachable. It was challenging for me because I have a lower back strain but she gives modifications. I feel so much better after her class.

This studio provided a variety of class, from body sculpting to yoga medication!
I had my first bar class with Shelley. I didn’t know what to expect , but Shelley rocked it. Her class is phenomenal! She always stages the postures and applies micro adjustment for us. I also brought my family who had no yoga experience for the Yoga Nidra with Analea. After that we slept great that night and felt fully recharged the next morning. I will definitely come back again!

This studio has always been pretty great, but it is especially awesome now.

It's recently under new management, and you can really tell a difference--the interior of the studio has been refreshed, it's cleaner, and most importantly, the classes are as great as they've ever been.

Challenging but welcoming workouts, with plenty of modifications and personal adjustments kindly and professionally offered when needed. You can get a good workout almost anywhere you go, but I genuinely look forward to each classic take here, which I can't say for other barre places on the Peninsula.
