A friend recommended Stephanie to me for strength training, and even though I had been avoiding the gym for years, I decided to give it a go. I was a little hesitant about virtual training, but I knew that it was the most practical way for me to become more active since it eliminated the need to go to the gym while still providing me with accountability. It has been a fantastic experience. Stephanie is knowledgeable, patient, and fun. Before each session, she asks me the right questions to ensure that I get the most out of each workout, and if I'm not feeling well that day, she's always there to offer support and encouragement to help me do the best I can in that moment. I'd give her 6 stars if I could!

Steph is amazing! She was so easy to talk to and I immediately felt no judgement. She really listened to the goals I had set for myself and made sure to understand WHY I wanted to accomplish them. Her strength training plans are not for the weak!! But it also showed me exactly what I was missing and it made me excited to go back to the gym. If you are on the fence, I promise you will be happy with her service!

I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie as my Pilates teacher for three years now. Despite the challenges of starting during COVID, Stephanie has and continues to deliver exceptional sessions tailored to my needs, all conducted seamlessly over Zoom.

Stephanie's approach is both refreshing and challenging, as she adeptly adjusts each session based on how I'm feeling that day. Her dedication to accommodating my schedule, even at early hours, showcases her commitment to her clients' progress.

Under Stephanie's guidance, I've made significant strides in my Pilates practice and also recently started to incorporate lifting with kettlebells. Not only have I improved my technique, but I've also gained confidence while enhancing my strength and flexibility.

I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and supportive Pilates and strength instructor. Her expertise, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to her clients make her an invaluable asset to anyone on their fitness journey.

Stephanie is the best teacher I’ve ever met! I was diagnosed in my late twenties with thoracic outlet syndrome and found it hard to keep my body pain free. Working with Stephanie has taught me how to have body awareness, and how to calm my actively firing painful nerves. I’ve worked with here for years now and I haven’t regretted a minute!

I’ve been working with Steph over zoom twice a week for 3-years now and it’s been one of the best changes I’ve ever made to my weekly routine. Not only does she help me achieve my movement goals virtually, but she also incorporates reflection on crucial aspects like sleep habits and stress management. This holistic approach is key for me, as it helps me fit in workouts to my busy schedule, whether I’m at home or traveling.

Her expertise and knowledge is why I originally chose Steph as my personal trainer - I knew I could trust her to give me corrections and pointers to make sure my movement would be supportive of my long term health and not lead to injuries. As a Physical Therapist, she has also helped me rehab a bad shoulder. Steph is an exceptional personal trainer and PT - Thanks to her I’ve never been more consistent with getting my workouts and daily movement in.

Working with Steph has been one of the best things I’ve done for my health! I went from early days of our work together being afraid of too much movement because of my back pain to doing advanced mat Pilates and strength training under her guidance. I cannot recommend working with her enough, either for PT or coaching (or both!), and this is coming from someone who has seen many PTs and personal trainers. She takes a holistic approach to her work and customizes our sessions to not only my goals but also how I’m feeling that day. And she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in many different areas. I have been seeing Steph for a few years now, beginning with Pilates in person and virtually, then moving to virtual sessions. We expanded our Pilates practice to include strength training and she created customized programs for me. Steph also includes PT movements and gives me exercises to do in between sessions. I also saw her during my pregnancy and am looking forward to working together postpartum. On a personal note, she is kind, thoughtful, easy to talk to, and very funny. Don’t hesitate to work with Steph, you won’t regret it!

Stephanie is awesome. She's been teaching me pilates remotely ever since covid, and I have no doubt that my stronger core has materially reduced my lower back pain. As a physical therapist, she also helped my husband get rid of hiking-related knee pain and my daughter with knee and hip associated with running. Stephanie is also a delight personally; I always look forward to our sessions.

Dr. Steph is an exceptional physical therapist who's helped me overcome debilitating chronic pain. Her virtual sessions are incredibly effective - she has an incredible ability to assess and address issues remotely. Once we got me out of pain, she guided me through a comprehensive strength & conditioning program, and at 55, I'm in better shape than ever before.

Steph's approach is inclusive and non-judgmental. She meets patients where they are and tailors her treatment accordingly. Her diverse background in various healing and movement modalities gives her a vast toolbox to draw from, and she stays up-to-date on the latest research to provide cutting-edge care. I recommend Steph without reservation for anyone seeking relief from chronic pain and/or looking to improve their overall strength and conditioning.
