Beware… the owner of this shop is kinda scummy and charged me a lot extra after looking at my statement. I bought a 12 pack of Dunlop Tortex .88 picks (retail is 5.49) and a preowned capo he’d sell me for $20 plus tax, not realizing it He charged me 36+bucks! Dude was a total snake and after a few weeks it doesn’t sit right with me. Guitarists please beware of this dishonest shop.

If you are a touring musician be aware that this shop over charges for guitar strings. 3 packs of NYXL 10’s came out to 74.95?.. The normal price for a 3 pack set is 33.99 almost everywhere else. Shady mark up. Keep away.

I've been dropping in on this store ever since I helped move a good friend from Boston's South Shore to Windsor. This is a small store with a lot of equipment and very experienced staff. Alice was super patient with me, as I was looking for a small used practice amp to play when I'm visiting my friend in Windsor. I actually leave it at his condo. They have some rad ukuleles too.

Came on a whim with my best friend today, and we were really pleased with the guitar selection. The staff were kind, helpful, and honest. Alex went out of his way to assist us with what we were looking for. We bought an amazing guitar, and I will definitely come back to purchase another guitar in the future from these guys!
