Best gym in the city. I transferred here from crunch last year and don’t regret it at all. Has everything you need in a gym tons of plates , variety of equipment. I never have to wait to use something. Front desk is always friendly. Membership is affordable and worth every dollar . Everyone is friendly and had good gym etiquette for the most part . I will not go to another gym as long as I live in Santa Rosa

Huge and great equipped gym. They have a wide range of free weight as well as machine options (many of which are from Hammer Strength). Staff was also incredibly friendly. Was visiting from out of town but if I lived here I would definitely become a member in this gym!

Very solid gym. I love the old skool feel of grit. Plenty of hammer strength equipment, cables, platforms and etc. You don't see any stupid fitness influencers either. People here workout and get it done.

This place is awesome. Just used it for a day passing through Santa Rosa with our active and fit membership and Stan the owner is right there at the front desk to show us around and tell us about the club. Clean restrooms and showers, great free weight section, and my wife loved the women's only area. Wish I lived here so I could call this place my home gym!

I've been a member of the gym for 32 years, Since January 1989. Basically I missed all of 2020 due to Covid19 shutdown. The good news is during that time Stan & his crew when through the gym and did a complete remodel and upgrade. The place is awesome. It's so nice to come back to new carpeting, new paint, remodel bathrooms, updated stalls, new tile floors, and the equipment is very clean. There are sanitizing stations everywhere. It is not crowded at all. No matter what time you come here there is plenty of room for everyone. If you were a previous member please return. If you have not been here please come to check it out. Canceled my membership after 3 weeks, but they sent me to collections. This gym is dirty and unprofessional. Have fun working out here

Its decent but does need some cleanup..the bathroom/showers need to be cleaned and stocked and somethings need to be fixed and freshened up .overall needs more attention paid to the cleanliness/janitorial of the gym...i will say it has everything you need and them some..and its prices are reasonable
