I celebrated my 21st birthday here and it was so much fun, all of the instructors made my day feel special and they were all so welcoming and kind. Me and the girls drove up from SB just to celebrate with spiral space!! Definitely recommend 10/10🥂such a vibe

So I’m actually obsessed! Spiral Space has a variety of classes which keep the schedule exciting and challenging. The instructors are all unique, each bringing their own style and influence, and every single one of them has been so encouraging, kind, and patient as I explore this new world of pole. Still, Spiral Space is so much more than a pole fitness studio. There is a fierce empowering energy rising up inside this beautiful little space, all thanks to the vision and leadership of the fabulous owners.
