My daughter loves Terri's art class. She has been taking her class for a few years. I am happy to see her work.

Wonderful Summer Art Camp! Ages 5-16 No repeat projects, all mediums, lovely supportive atmosphere! My daughter loves this art camp, she is doing it for the second year in a row. Wonderful art work at the end of the week. Fun learning environment! Great option for kids who want to develop their artistic skills.

We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party at the South Bay Art Department last week. It was truly an extra special and memorable day for our daughter. The studio itself is an awesome place to have a party, with lots of natural light and a very cool vibe. Everyone at the studio was helpful, kind, and quick to respond, from planning days before the party until the end. The girls all did their own canvas painting as well as a group project with our daughter's name on it. They also have a separate area where the kids can take a snack or lunch break. If you want to do something artsy for a party, I'd definitely recommend South Bay Art Department.

Here you can find Art classes for different tastes. Easy to sign up. Cancellation and make up policies are customer friendly. Parking is challenging some times but you can do it!! Teachers are wonderful so are the results! Camps and birthday parties are big plus.

I took my kids for free try out class. They really liked it... well, i did’t. They were offered sugared popcorn, lollypops and candies WITHOUT any permission from me. What if a kid is diabetic ? My kids are gluten-sugar free and these unwanted candies ruined our night. I never expected my kids being fed without my permission at 1,5 hour art class, moreover with super unhealthy full of sugar snack. I’m not sure wether its even legal to feed kids without special license, hand washing procedures etc. Kids were still drawing while having paper bowls with sugared popcorn next to their projects. Do not recommend it!

Super friendly and welcoming staff! Adult and kid friendly. Definitely my new favorite ART studio/business in the South Bay by far!!❤️
