JAMIE is the BEST trainer of all time. She's so encouraging, welcoming, friendly, challenging, and just all around fierce. I HIGHLY recommend taking any and every class you can with her. I've now moved up to SF and will be stalking the app for when she subs for another trainer. Also: big shout out to the front-of-the-house staff....they will greet you by name after your first visit. It makes the experience all the better. Get your booty in shape with this epic studio!!!!

The studio was clean and the staff was all very nice. Steph was my instructor tonight and she was great (helpful & motivating with a kickass playlist), but I have to knock down the stars because it is just way too expensive. It's a good workout if you make the most of it, but I'm more of a flywheel fan when it comes to spin. A little too much choreography for me and hardly worth $32 per class.

I was excited to try this studio. The location seemed clean and inviting when I arrived. Perhaps my mistake was that I booked through class pass. The reminder was 15 minutes off and I arrived 10 minutes late to the class instead of 5 minutes early. The front desk was like sorry you’ve booked through a third party app and we cannot reschedule or refund you. They later asked me to send a screenshot that my 12 credits ($30) were used and I promptly did that. The studio seemed like we don’t care about your customer experience!

Had my first SoulCycle class today with Chris. Chris was AMAZING. Chris knows how to motivate and push you to your limit. I’ll definitely book with him again. The place is clean. I didn’t find all of the staff to be nice, especially as a newbie with basic newbie questions.

I went to this studio for a J.Cole vs Nicki Minaj themed ride with Marissa, and it was AMAZING! Marissa is truly a STAR, with ginormous and contagious burning energy, she led the class with so much power and grace!!!! I would recommend 100% to anyone is considering trying it out!!! It is so worth your time, money, and energy!!!

Great energy and playlists, if you're picky about music like me check out the hip-hop class or EDM. Not a huge fan of the dancing aspect but it's their selling point to keep people engaged.

I’m a long time rider and have visited this studio on business trips several times. My instructor Jarreau was excellent BUT he turned off the music midway and gave a short sermon on releasing yourself from self doubt and chasing your dreams. In my experience, the social contract at SoulCycle, unwritten as it may be, gives the rider the option to listen to the instructor or the music. In this case, that choice was taken away, and I was very disappointed. I would give this instructor another chance, but definitely would not go back if this happened again.

Friendly, hard working amazing Front Desk Crew! Stellar instructors and a warm welcoming community. I’ve ridden over 300 times in the Bay Area over the last ~5 years. Appreciated the COVID outdoor setup when we really needed to get out of our houses. Shout out to Steph Stokes the Queen of Palo. But rest assured no matter who you chose to ride with you will have a great time - such amazing and inspiring humans on that podium ?
