This is the training to sign-up for if you’re looking for a paradigm shift and a deeper unraveling of your Being. This training has been so pivotal in reclaiming my sites of shame and wounding. What I enjoyed in particular was the institute’s commitment to diversifying one’s understanding of sex and how our lived experiences often (unconsciously) disrupt how we exist authentically in the world, and it seeks to correct that with a shame-empowered approach.

This is My first time through the Somatica online session which has allowed me to finally adjust to my new name and new dynamic between me and my husband. I just had my first session with Roberta Dayal about a week ago. Me and my husband are so greatful for the wonderful coaching we are receiving. We joined Somatica to seek guidance to further advance our female led relationship, I was very anxious and nervous at first but our coach Roberta mam immediately made me felt calm, gave me very practical sensual guidance and tips so I can be much more expressive, more emotional, energetic towards my husband when she returns home. Only after 75 min session, I can proudly say that it made a HUGE difference. My husband is extremely happy with how things are progressing and we are looking forward to many more sessions. Taking the Somatica Core training totally transformed my life and my relationships. If I could sum up what Somatica has offered me in one sentence it would be this: It helped me come alive. I discovered parts of myself that I had repressed and/or didn't know existed and I learned to embrace my whole self. I reconnected to my body after a lifetime of disconnection, and I feel so much more safety and confidence in my body as a result. I learned (quite radically, might I add!) to become more fully, wholly and authentically human. I believe that Somatica will change the world and I can't recommend this training highly enough!
