Finally, finally found a winery that makes wines that I enjoy in AZ; Soaring Vineyards! Really pleasant tasting in an absolutely fabulous and historic location. Two other wineries at this site. Hours are a bit confusing (as each winery has different hours) but there are plenty of wineries in the area so swing by to see if they are open; hours on Google are more of a guideline. Nice little history lesson during our tasting. Wilcox looks like an interesting place to return for a festival or event (2 wine tasting festivals/year).
