Steven is everything you're looking for in a personal trainer. He's very knowledgeable, accommodating, and does a great job of understanding your goals in order to tailor workouts to achieve those goals. As a father of two young kids, it had gotten difficult to find the time & motivation to get back into working out, but Steven worked around my schedule and made sure to hold me accountable. As someone who has received personal training at "high end" gyms, I would recommend Steven 100/100 times to anyone looking for a trainer. The personal touch and attention you're given, coupled with his expansive knowledge is incredible!

The best trainer out there! Steven truly cares to help you and work hard with you to reach your fitness goals. Steven is one of, if not the most attentive and motivational trainers I have even worked with. He’s driven and always ready to push me when I was ready to quit. He doesn’t consider training to be a job, instead cares about his clients as if they were his friends. He makes sure to tailor your exercise program to your own special needs and challenges you to be better. Overall I would recommend Steven to everyone who is looking to start their fitness journey.

Steven is such a great coach! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and, most important to me, nonjudgmental. He works with me towards my goals and is down for the journey!
