I completed the Smart Serve course requirements within a few hours. The modules and information were laid out in a way that was easy to understand and follow. There was plenty of repetition in the material, which I feel helped drive home the more important parts of the training.

Course is good but just as the negative reviews says there's a lot of trick questions involved, 2/2 fail and repurchase is just basically robbery, I wouldn't suggest individuals who are trying to get a Job with smart serve take the course because you will spend your own money for a 2/2 fail, I heard some people taking the smart serve at the expense of their company which is great. I Hope smart serve changes the 2/2 fail and repurchase to maybe give re testers about 3 or 4 days before they can take the test scenario. Course is good but it could be better, I have taken online courses that are way better than this for FREE. New student's good luck and make sure you pass the first time.

Great learning - good for you folks.
PAINFUL GETTING THE CAMERA TO WORK - REALLY PAINFUL - took almost an hour to get it figured out - and I have an INTEL GEN11, WIN11 PRO laptop - so IT WORKS.... Had to restart the machine to get the camera to work in Chrome - it would not work with restart in EDGE or CHROME - so maybe someone should think about informing the software vendor to state - HEY - do this in terms of the security permissions and if it does not work right away - - then PLEASE restart your machine, sign in again - and get it going for the test to start.....!!! Far too expensive ! Information ‘Overload’ ! Far too long to complete !!!! A number of
‘convoluted’ ?‍? questions, especially around ‘Standard’ beverages sizes. BYOB questions. It’s been my experience you don’t leave the restaurant with a half bottle of wine, but can’t take an unopened bottle home !? Which is it please ?!!!

As a Bartender, half the information provided, I’ll Never Use ! Permits etc,.

That said, there was some interesting information around ‘fizzy beverages’, apparently those beverages hit your system faster than non fizzy beverages !

The program should be divided into (2) parts, perhaps (3) sections. One for people who through home and office parties, ie permits. Another for typical bartenders and another for caters !

I doubt the ‘powers that be’ will take-up my suggestions !

Be prepared, it will take-up quite a bit of your time, 6 hours plus !!!

The program and modules were easy to navigate once you go through the information at the beginning. The videos and little tests are very helpful in learning the material and even though it is a lot of information, it's important things to know and so worth it. I highly recommend this course and having this certification.

Easy to enrol/use. Course content well laid out, user instructions very clear. Both visual and audio options available. Very user friendly.

Easy to maneuver through each course. Easy to take photo for exam. The course is explained effectively. I found it easier to remember after looking at each course the second time prior to exam.

It would have been nice to know for the test how the camera for being watched by Smart Serve works. I was under the impression I had to click on the lap top I borrowed from my son, I had to click on an icon that is in the lower right hand corner. I was totally unaware that clicking on the button to go ahead with the test would bring up the webcan and all I had to do was click on share. Had I have been able to do this right after going over the course modules, I feel I would have obtained a higher score than I did on my second attempt and probably would have passed on the very first attempt.
