I love training at Shark Sports Boxing Gym in Whittier! My main goal was to lose weight and to learn a new skill. Three-months into my membership I have found myself losing 15-pounds thanks to their strength and conditioning routines. Not only do I feel great physically, but my confidence in learning how to throw punches and defend myself have grown exponentially as well. If you stay consistent and show up often, you'll see similar results as well!

It can feel totally normal and sometimes intimidating to enter a boxing gym for the first time, but let me put your concerns to rest in letting you know that all of the coaches at the gym are nice and available to answer any and all questions you have. There are no bad egos at this gym and I've really appreciated the culture here. Everyone of its members understand that everyone is at different levels and are super respectful. Just learn the footwork and punching combos at your own pace and slowly begin to fulfill any goals that you have for yourself. Just know that everyone here is rooting for you!

Es el mejor lugar para llevar a los niños a que tengan disciplina. El coach Pablo y el resto del los entrenadores tiene mucha paciencia con todos y el ambiente es Genial tengo 2 niños entrenando y es la mejor inversión económica para mis hijos.
