I found School of Rock on Google and saw many positive reviews, so my family and I decided to give them a try. We emailed them to ask if they could work with our non-verbal, level 3 autistic daughter. They assured us they could and scheduled a trial session.
When we arrived, we found out the session was in a classroom setting with other students, which didn’t work for our daughter. During the tour, we were told she tried to play the piano during the class, which wasn’t allowed, so we had to leave with our crying 4-year-old who wanted to play the drums.
I went back to ask about private drum lessons. The receptionist said she would contact me if an instructor was WILLING to work with my daughter and would get back to me by Tuesday. It’s been two weeks, and I haven’t heard back.
This place is not as inclusive as they claim. They do not accommodate everyone from all backgrounds. We drove from Hemet and returned home with a very disappointed child who didn’t understand why she couldn’t play the drums.

The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. In this nurturing environment, the more experienced kids are always willing to help out the younger ones. My son has been with the School of Rock for a little over a year, and his progression has been nothing short of amazing. He loves playing with the band and thoroughly enjoys his private lessons. Every time he comes back, he’s excited and eager to share what he’s learned. The School of Rock has truly been a fantastic experience for him.

School of Rock Temecula is amazing. The staff is so professional and knowledgeable, and the instructors know how to challenge the students while keeping it fun and fresh all the time. My kids attend lessons there, and my older one is in the Performance level which has been so rewarding for him. He’s been able to grow in both music skills and confidence, and as a parent, it’s just amazing to witness! The bands are very fun and we love that there is a strong sense of community for the students. This is nothing like the stuffy piano lessons I took as a kid! It’s an empowering music education program and we are so grateful to be part of it.

I cannot recommend School of Rock Temecula enough!!! First of all, the staff are truly kind and care about the kids. My son has learned so much from his amazing , dedicated teachers. The public performances in varied venues,the practices and auditions and teamwork have all helped him grow immensely as a musician and a person. So grateful for School of Rock Temecula!!

The teachers aren’t very good or well versed and it’s ridiculous that they have had the ac broken for a month, it’s over 100 degrees outside. That is so unsafe for the kids. I do not recommend.

We cannot get over the impact the School of Rock program has had on our son, James! Not only has he built some truly impressive keyboard skills in a very short time, he is also developing a genuine love of music, and a natural sense of melody, rhythm, and timing. Jesse Green has been such a wonderful teacher and mentor to our son. We would recommend this program to anyone interested in getting their child (or themself!) into music.

Natasha does a fantastic job keeping it all together for us parents. And all of the kids love her. Can't thank her enough and trust her with my child 100%. The addition of Tanner our awesome music Director has been a blessing. Could not have asked for a better person and music mentor. Get your kids into school of rock Temecula its been a wonderful experience for our whole family.

I cannot put into words how much my son and I love School of Rock! The staff are incredible and my son (only 4 years old) looks forward to class every week! He is learning a ton, making friends, and having a blast. The staff are always friendly and very workable if you need to reschedule or have any questions & concerns. ?
