Dean is one of the best Muay Thai instructors in the area. Whether you are trying to build a skill, develop self-defense, or get a good workout in, his charismatic attitude and dedication to his craft shows in how he coaches his students, of any level. I've been training with Dean for about 6 months now and I've learned a lot. Looking forward to training more with him!

I started with sms about 3/4 years ago back when classes were at the park during covid time. I had previously been training at my local youth boxing club in high-school and dropping in and out of muay thai gyms occasionally. Once I met Dean and Lance my martial arts was elevated to a level of understanding I just simply hadn't found anywhere else. This is a gym that really knows what it's teaching and only teaches what works and with the best team to do it with. If your looking to compete...and win I'd definitely stop looking for any other gym right now and come join us. Even if you just want to train for fitness without the desire to compete or even get hit I still recommend you come train and get an authentic martial arts experience around your fitness workout. Best Muay Thai gym in the area. Coached by, real, experienced fighters but welcoming to all levels. The coaches teach you the real thing not some fluff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to learn/practice their Muay Thai.
