I love how warm and welcoming the office is. The staff take such great care of our son. They truly are super kind and considerate. We love our teachers Ms. Rania and Ms. Drea.

I truly love taking my grandson to Kindercare. He loves it too. He is learning not only academics but how to be a good friend, properly express his emotions and so much more. During the pandemic the staff has stayed on top of following all protocols. I feel safe with him attending. I have nothing but good things to say about each aspect of Kindercare. I am grateful to the loving staff.

We Love Kindercare! We have been at two schools and they are both great! We are at the Santa Margarita KC no and we just LOVE LOVE it. Its so cute and always clean. The staff are AMAZING and love our kids. They learn a lot and love their teachers.

Inappropriate center director, that was in my case biased, providing wrong information to me as a dad, allowing right to mom she denied me through misinformation and a 3 year long thread of lies.

Poor poor chain of command here including the regional directors, i have presented my complaints to 2 of them and both did absolutely nothing to correct the situation. Now i know next time i need "nothing", i will ask them for it.

Staff is helpful, location is so and so, being right next to the road, and car pollution.

Honestly, don't put your children in this center, unless change occurs in how this place is ran.

Inappropriate center director. That did not get the appropriate training to handle parents concerns. Poor response from management, and no disciplinary action in an obvious case of poor knowledge of parents rights, roles and responsibilities.
The damage that was done was great to myself, and no apologies or reparation, only additional grievances.

Do not come here, you may regret it.
