Oh where do I begin!
The beginning thoughts by Jessica, and from there the pacing was on. The music, various mixed bag stretches in the beginning to warm up the bod!!!

The flow was eclectic per usual but in a way where it resonated with my soul and ♥️!
Crescents are challenging for me but my libra ♎️ senses reach for the push and I know it will be rewarding!

I felt Jessica's presence as well. I usually do,
but she was super dialed in, and in a silly, teaching modality mood! It all felt refreshing. Jessica is a special and captivating human. One to celebrate and honor, and my appreciation for her runs deep into my soul.

I signed up for a weekly pass when I was visiting Santa Cruz last winter, it might be my new favorite yoga studio in the Bay Area. Spacious studio, teachers are wonderful and welcoming, class can be challenging depending on the level. Highly recommend anyone who's looking for a new studio to check out.

This studio has reinvigorated my love for yoga! I stopped doing yoga because of COVID and going to this studio has been a blessing. I mostly just go to Jessica's classes which are absolutely incredible and I recommend them to everyone I know. Overall, the atmosphere of the studio is very inviting and all of the staff are super friendly. Leila even went out of her way to help me retrieve my belongings that I left at the studio. All in all, I love this studio and hope to continue attend for as long as I am in Santa Cruz!

Always a great experience here. Wonderful instructors and classes! Also, it is so wonderful to have a yoga studio that takes the health of their clients into consideration and makes it their priority to promote an environment that is safe for all. Love Santa Cruz Yoga!!

I drove down from Oakland for the Candlelit yoga class because I had received a gift certificate. The class was incredible. Shannon’s energy was contagious, but the class still felt super relaxing. This is the first beginner’s yoga class that actually felt like it was for everyone. I highly, highly recommend this class with Shannon.

Don't usually write reviews but I loved this studio when I lived there. In particular I loved Puja's class, she changed yoga for me and when I am in town I will make a point of going back for her classes! Her level 2/3 was challenging (lots of inversions) but also welcoming as she always gives many options for making it easier/harder, also lots of fun and peace and progress. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing yoga studio! Highly recommend it. Michelle’s class is superb, goes through ever move methodically and easy to understand. The room has plenty of space and they sell a few yoga clothing too.
