I have had the privilege of experiencing Ian both as a therapist and a workshop facilitator, and I can say with absolute certainty that he is one of the most solid, knowledgeable, and compassionate human beings I know. His ability to see clearly into the heart of a situation and identify the root causes of challenges is exceptional.

I was very resistant to what Ian offers. But he made me feel comfortable and at ease, the surroundings he created reflected that. His ability to organically and confidently know exactly what you need adds a soothing element to the kind of work he does . As a dancer I really appreciate the Somatic Movement aspect . Internal Family Systems? I’ll still be rolling my eyes to that but maybe one day I’ll warm up to that kind of healing 😉 (not a reflection on Ian’s offerings, it’s all me )

Ian is a warm open book and easy to open up to and connect with. The breath work he taught me is something I will take with me the rest of my life. It’s the most useful tool I have found for anxiety and hard times. Through the breath work and internal family systems work we did I was able to uncover more about myself, forgive my inner child and let go traumas from my past. I would highly recommend working with Ian if you’re feeling stuck, want to learn more about yourself, or add tools to your toolbox you draw from while moving through life.
