First time here. This is a nice property. The M Club lounge is very solid here. Best food selection I've seen in a while. The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Check in process was little lengthy....but the person who helped me was very nice. Breakfast buffet was standard but good. I would stay here again and will probably make it a regular part of my rotation. Only caution is to not choose a room near the elevator.....it is noisy.

Barman was very rude, when I had not moved from my spot at the bar after 50mins had gone by for ordering my fries. Apparently they couldn't find me, then tried to serve me the cold fries. Went and fetched "fresh fries" and they was also cold. Position is rubbish nothing around without having to drive elsewhere. Rooms are average rooms nothing special. Considering the amount of money the company was spending the should have got a lot more for the money.

The buffet food served was very average at best but extortionately priced. The price being charged per person should have been sit down meals served to people. Due to buffet style food many people have caught illness with the passing of spoons and forks etc.

The hotel is an oasis amongst the various business parks and strip malls in the surrounding area. Check in was prompt and friendly and the room was comfortable and spacious with a nice view over the pool.||The facilities were excellent with a well equipped gym and a 25M lap lane in the pool, which is a real rarity. ||The M lounge was large and well stocked with hot and cold food plus drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lively bar/restaurant area and a lovely outside seating area with a long firepit.||My only real complaint was the $40 self-parking fee, which is higher than congested San Francisco.

I want to say that in general I was pleased with this hotel and the stay. The reason I give a 3 star for the room was because we were placed right off the elevators on a weekend the 49ers played the chiefs and the hotel was busy. The elevator were running constantly and woke me and my family/ prevented us from sleeping well for the two nights we stayed. I’ve been a long term Marriott member and fan, but this gave me booking anxiety.

Otherwise love the access I have with my membership and loved the common areas of the hotel and rooms super nice outside of the noise.

Positive: "" Negative: We have visited this hotel many times over the last 3 years but this year fell short. In addition to the escalating room cost, we feel like with each stay we are pushed further back to the back of the hotel AND each visit our TV didn?t work ?

Most things were great about my stay for one week in room 307. The staff were welcoming and helpful at the front desk, the food at the restaurant and bar was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the room was up to snuff. The bathroom was a little dated, the tub drain was malfunctioning but not holding water, and the TV was useless because the buttons on the remote didn’t work. I do not love the fact that if you want coffee in the morning outside of your room, you have to go to the breakfast only restaurant called the Orchard and pay a ridiculous price for a coffee that should be free in the lobby. Additionally, the breakfast buffet quality for $40 with tip and tax was horrible. I tried one of everything and it was very underwhelming or not edible. The food selection is poor as well.

I went there for a real estate training class and my Google maps was not functioning correctly so by the time I made it there it was dark late and the training was over. I went into the restroom to change for the ride home. It was very clean and shining. The floors and carpets were well taken care of. When I arrived I did not have to pay to park as the help icon that I pushed has someone open the gate for me on the way in and when I left the same icon had me ask to exit which was not a problem. There were poinsettias out for Christmas and honestly it was rather bare. Not too many people were there at all this time of year.
