Complaint on the wheel alignment tech.. "Daniel Couthoun" the most rudest and chovinistic person I've ever came into contact with her very ignorant and in my opinion worst employee at Sanger Tire. He gives bad advice wouldn't recommend this company due to his employment there...

Never been here before and will never go again….
This place had one job, mount 4 tires and install them..
The balancing dots did not line up and they not only over torqued the wheels they ran them up with an impact gun and told me it was 90 ft lbs…
Well I always verify and never trust, I checked the torque after 25 miles as I always will and they had torqued the wheels to 332 NM or for the uneducated, 244 ft pounds.
WHO in their right mind does that…. You cannot even torque wheels to factory specs?
Literally one of the most elementary things when it comes to the tire service industry. It is unsafe and can damage your vehicle… but what do they care, this isn't a mistake it is negligence and most likely standard practice.

Nice owner operator shop. Fair prices. Most importantly their work is perfect. They do excellent suspension and alignment work. They also do brakes and tires. I've been going here for years with many different vehicles. The owner Terry is honest and trustworthy.
