I spent a lot more time on the online class then expected but the hands on practical was Quick and convenient at the Bayshore location. Easy and free parking allowed me to spend time to review videos and perform practice. I did a little searching to get to right spot on the computer to login to my course but once I started the program, very easy to follow steps.

The Training was done through Zoom. This was my first experience on Zoom. I truly enjoyed the whole 8 hours. Charles is so knowledgeable and he is not boring at all. I was so relaxed through the whole training. The time flew and I was super focused. I learned so much and I have to add I enjoy the videos.
One thing I did notice is that I was the only person on Zoom out of 28 participants that had the camera on throughout the training. I am a firm believer that all participants should have there cameras on. But that’s just my opinion. Thank you

The training was A-1 across the board......From our instructor to personal. You have any concerns or questions. All are happy to answer... Trust there's never a dumb question!! Our instructor knows the information like the back of his hand!!!I will be taking this class again in the future. It's so informative and relatable to today's occurrences...I'm genetically long winded.....Truly great class you won't be disappointed ❣️❣️❣️❣️

Very convenient location. Beautiful building inside, looks like a museum inside the 350 Townsend Building. Easy access with the door codes. 3 stations you can choose from when you get to the 4th floor where the room is. Great manikins to work on.

Overall I agree that my experience with Safety Training Seminar is fine, but I do think that there were not enough clear instructions on how I can take the online course especially when it’s the first time for me to take this course. It’s rather confusing when I received the email with video materials of 8-10 mins while the on line course should take 1-2 hours. Anyway, I figured that out when I came on site testing for the first time and oops…Secondly, the first time when I call for customer service, that lady was not nice at all. She always interrupted me while I was explaining the situation to her, seems like she didn’t want to listen to me at all. But when I call the second time for rescheduling, the customer service was much better.

I have been taking my BLS training with Safety Training Seminars for years. They offer a variety of CPR, First Aid, Basic Life Support and other trainings for health care professionals and others wanting to learn these important life-saving skills. Their website is easy to navigate and gives so many options for days and times for all the trainings they offer. The automated in-person training began during COVID, and seemed awkward at first, but I have appreciated the real-time feedback and practice offered by using the mannequins. I highly recommend Safety Training Seminars.
