Beautiful place to sit in different style chairs and a rocking chair. Nice display As most popular train stations you have people hanging around in and out, but didn't bother me. There are no security personnel standing around, but I felt safe. The bathroom faucet in the women's room was hard to reach, could be better. Nice display of history in glass case and on the walls. Soda machine takes ONE DOLLAR BILLS ONLY. Thank God for 1 hour wait GrubHub. The counter personal were very very helpful. It was beautiful to see the train coming around the corner. Don't trust the bus to get you back to the train station. Get Uber and/or Lyft app. NO CABS in this area.

Homeless person sleeping in the trailside entryway to the building, cigarette butts on the ground inside, vomit in the sink of the mens bathroom. Totally disgusting and did not feel super safe waiting there (we had a group of 20 people with a bunch of children on our way to Boston for a field trip). Also, they now charge for parking apparently. Massive 2 hour parking lot on the front end not used and $5 daily parking out back. Not easy to pay remotely and I got a ticket anyways... Came here a few years ago to catch the train, and was a much better experience. Seems it's gone downhill.

I was bummed they made the lot next to the station paid. However, I love the Saco Biddeford bus system. It is very reliable and the bus drivers I have ridden with were safe and helpful.

A great place to stay long. Try in the winter time waiting for the train. The bus. The bathrooms available very clean couple vending machines

Pretty good for the most part, as a frequent rider I don't normally spend too much time in here unless I'm taking the train.

Big shout out to the guys in the office though, they're the real ones for holding it down and always happy to help with scheduling and fares 😀

If I could give less than one stars I would. What time do you want to hear a train because it’s usually from 0000 - 0600. Have fun trying to sleep.

Was in there today and was so disgusted cigarette butts all over the place, people swearing up a storm and yelling. The bathrooms are absolutely gross. Do better for the public trying to use the busses and Amtrack.
