I came to Romi after seeing two neurologists, two neurosurgeons, two orthopedists, two surgeons, two doctors of physical therapy, an osteopath, a bunch of tests (including X-rays, MRIs, bone scan). Romi has changed my life with her services. I booked a bodywork appointment with Romi and highly recommend her, especially for anyone dealing with chronic pain. I mostly went in just looking for a high-quality massage for the sake of relaxation, but over the course of her intake questions and a short conversation, she zeroed in on the fact that I had been experiencing recurring pain of varying intensity from an old injury - I had become so used to it/assumed massage couldn’t help it so I didn’t even think at first about making it a focus of our session.

Anyway, the massage was great overall, and that pain I had specifically was significantly lessened by the end of our appointment. It’s several days later now and the pain is still completely gone. I don’t know if the muscle/tendon is fixed for good, or if the issue is just relieved for a time, but either way, I’ll be booking another session again soon!
