I worked with Jonathan for multiple years while I was training to become a better archer. He not only made me stronger and better at my sport, but also trained me in how to effectively workout, recover after a workout, eat better, and sharpen my mental game. He genuinely wants people to succeed and pushes them to do so. In addition, Jonathan and Kristian are some of the most kind and genuine people you will ever meet. When I had other life events outside of the gym, they were my biggest cheerleaders. I cannot recommend them and Rock Solid Coaching enough!!

I am 77 years old. Jonathan started as my personal trainer about 3 years ago. He had me on a routine that made me feel a lot better about my body and my health. Kristian does neural feedback and my wife and I have been doing sessions with her. These sessions have been very fruitful. We highly recommend Rock Solid Coaching!

Rock Solid is phenomenal organization that has devoted copious amounts of energy coaching and mentoring myself and others through extremely difficult circumstances. Jonathon helped me specifically with some intense trigger point release therapy after an accident left me disabled. I have since made a full recovery and returned to my extremely physical job. I’m very grateful for their work and the energy that the team brings.

Who needs a boot camp?!?!?! I need a boot camp! Jonathan , Kristian & Iron Will have Recently worked together to bring a new dynamic, fast paced & well coached Camp to Rebel Gym. I am learning to activate my entire body thru stretching, correct posture & light to moderate weight workouts. Do you need a boot camp?
