I’ve been to many gyms and workout programs. By far the best I’ve ever done! Great community of supportive and upbuilding people. Amazing workouts that will leave you feeling like you just kicked major butt! So glad I found Rise, highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun spin class or barre!

As a plus sized person I never felt like a fitness studio was a place for me. After years of trying different gyms, never feeling consistent or successful, I finally found the community I didn’t know I was craving so badly. I happened to google “spin class sonoma county” and Rise was the first location to pop up. I took my first class and was hooked. I loved the fun energy, vibrant ambiance, and the supportive staff. I came to class willing to tru something new and now have been attending classes for a year. I truly love the community and friends Rise gave me and I can only encourage everyone to dive in blindly. Let yourself be immersed in the experience and let go of any self doubt just to prove to yourself that you can and you will succeed.

Come as you are. This community (AKA RiseTribe) accepts everyone no matter your fitness level. If you are looking to make a positive change or just trying to get out of the house every now and then, this is the place for you. The darkroom and the incredible music will have you on a high! Give it a shot. You won't regret it! 😉

Love this place! I was lucky enough to get introduced to this place sometime last year. If you are looking to try something new or are on the fence about spin, I’d say try this place! All the staff are incredibly helpful and not to mention encouraging. They provide both morning and evening classes both at the Santa Rosa studio and the new Petaluma studio. Everyone at this place comes to not only get a killer workout but to have fun while doing it. The instructor’s music playlist varies and they are also open to any music suggestions. The place is clean and you are able to rent shoes out if you don’t have any or you can purchase some while there. I have never felt out of place here, let alone judged. All I can say is that I never regret coming to a class and I leave so much more happier and ready to take on the day!

Can’t say enough good things about Rise! I was pretty nervous to try cycling but after my first class I was completely sold and it’s now the highlight of my week. The instructors help you set up your bike and make sure you feel totally comfortable while riding. All staff members wore masks and there is hand sanitizer conveniently located in building. Instructors are all so friendly and make you feel right at home! I look forward to every class and leave feeling amazing. So glad I found this place!

Such a fun and welcoming place to go for a workout. Great music, wonderful instructors. I particularly love the creative classes--Festival Music, Pride, whatever yesterday was with 3 riders on the podium--there is such an emphasis on making a challenging workout enjoyable. I find a couple of the instructors to be very inspiring--there are some great dancers there!
