I am so grateful for La Shawn’s coaching in my life! From a personal and professional standpoint I have received incredible wise counsel, encouragement, and direction through how he has coached me through different situations. I have also witnessed him having a life-giving impact on other people he has coached throughout the years. We brought or son to Right Choice Coaching when he was struggling with his tennis performance. La Shawn was able to sit down with our son and over a few months' time we saw an amazing progression in his tournament performance. He was able to shake off tough losses and build on great wins. Tennis is such a mental game that we truly believe that the addition of a mental coach like La Shawn is an essential part of the growth of any serious athlete. So glad we met La Shawn!

LaShawn has had a huge impact on our softball team this year. As a mental resource for us, LaShawn has helped us frame our culture and set clear expectations moving forward. Our Saint Mary’s Softball team has faced adversity and is in a rebuilding stage. Every day we have to revisit our standards and our mission statement. Due to the work LaShawn has put in with our athletes, they have found confidence and have won two conference series this year, our first series wins in 3 years. Our progress and growth has a great deal to do with the help of Right Choice Coaching, which I recommend to anyone with a goal or a dream.

Right Choice Coaching has had a tremendous impact on our softball team this year. LaShawn brings out the best in athletes with his accountability and motivation. He has built confidence within our athletes, and has given them tools to work through adversity!

Right Choice Coaching has guided me to become the successful student-athlete that I am today, recognizing that the mental game is equally as important as the physical game when competing in sport. Through my coaching I have learned that no matter what obstacles come my way, as long as I trust the process and myself, I will achieve my goals on the field and in life.

Right Choice Coaching has really helped me become the student athlete I am today. It has helped me become a smarter athlete by teaching me a lot about the mental side of the game.
