I took a chance and stepped out of my comfort zone to work with a Life Coach and I CANNOT adequately express how happy I am that I did. Rachel is incredible. She is humble and profoundly respectful and honors you as an individual while challenging you to grow without judgment. Working with Rachel lifted the shame of my past inaction and failures, making room for her intricately personalized wisdom, suggestions, and advice. She tailored all of her offerings to me and was clearly Spirit-led. I never once felt like I was being given generic feedback or direction. Her intuition is incredible. She often said or shared just the right thing at just the right time. As a neurodivergent person, Rachel was a perfect fit for me. She met my rhythms stride for stride, and I did not need to explain any of my nuances to her. She just got it, got me. I have felt supported, been championed and cheered on, and shed fears and insecurities that I thought I would limp along with forever.
