Restructure is awesome! I was suffering from chronic pain in my ankle and lower leg for over a year before coming here. After 2 doctors, physical therapy and minimal results, I knew I needed a different approach. At Restructure, we worked on regaining mobility and flexibility and also released a lot of tension in my muscles that I didn’t even know was there. I’m more mobile than ever and feeling great! There’s a great community of people at restructure and they make you feel comfortable right away. It’s great for beginners, athletes, body builders… anyone!

I’ve been seeing Shay for a long time now, and she’s a fantastic personal trainer, always adjusts the exercise to your level (even if you’re just starting like a complete couch potato like I had been), and provides lots of advice and encouragement, while challenging you to build up your fitness. Moreover, she's very easy to talk to, friendly, and understanding of any setbacks you might be facing. I highly encourage you to give her lessons a try. I’ve seen incredible progress with her in just a few months, and now almost a year in I couldn’t be happier about my decision to start exercising.

I run my small group strength training class here twice a week and absolutely love this location. It’s a smaller more intimate studio and the equipment is top of the line, a lot of Rogue brand equipment with a lot of out of the box equipment options to really give my clients variety and challenge. The rent is affordable, gym stays clean, and my clients love it here. Beats working through a commercial gym 100% I’ll stay as long as restructure will have me. Last thing that gives me a peace of mind is that I know if any of my clients are going through injury they will be taken care of here and back in the game with a stronger structure than ever.

I’m 26 and been in the gym for about 8 years now. For the past 4 years I had lower back pain and shoulder pain thinking it was what came with lifting. After restructure helped me get ready for my first competition they mentioned their restructure program. I’m glad I said yes because now I lift with no pain not just that all my lifts feel more solid. My numbers have been climbing since then and I feel amazing. I think the best part is they teach you to take care of your body. They give you all the tools and tips to ensure you keep working on your body and staying healthy. I would recommend 1000%. This has help me on my daily life too I can finally truly relax and get rid of the tension in my body. This place and its coaches is amazing !!

Amazing studio, great equipment and very passionate people who care deeply about their clients. They never hesitate to take the extra mile to make sure I leave feeling good and with no pain/tension! Would definitely recommend for anyone with chronic pain, and also for athletes who are looking to tune up their bodies to be more mobile and athletic.

I worked with a guy here on my hips and he brought my injury from 1 to 100 in PAIN. I have been healing for half a year after what he did and I’m constantly worried about the state of my body. I am so disappointed that I tried this place out. I don’t want anyone to be in a situation like I am. Please be careful with who you let help you. Hopefully, I’m nearing a full recovery soon. If I could give this studio 10 stars, I would!
I met Jacobeleah back in 2019, but didn’t get serious about my training until 2021. Jacobeleah knows resistance. He knows mobility, intensity & he cares deeply about his client’s wellness, period.
He takes you where you are & creates a program that will help you reach your goals in the least amount of time possible.
My wife Sarah also joined our program & he created ‘couples sets,’ where we were switching off exercises & having a blast!
I can’t recommend Restructure Studio enough!
