I was feeling close to burnout with mental and emotional exhaustion. Hester not only did a deep dive into what was causing these feelings but she helped guide me through the rest process (not sleep) and afterwards I felt back to my normal and not emotionally and mentally tired. My rest experience with Hester on her screened porch was lovely and restorative. I especially loved the fresh air, the cozy blankets, and the leisurely way she led us into a deep rest. Leaving was the hardest part!
