Rejuv At Work has been coming to our company to provide on-site massage for several years. Their services make a huge difference. We arranged for Rejuv at Work's virtual "Stretch While You Work" session during our all-staff retreat. Our employees loved it! It was very easy to schedule through Serge, and the instructor, Portia, led ~140 attendees through gentle exercises everyone could do: first seated on a chair, then standing. This session was a great addition to enhancing a culture of wellness.
