If you have ever worked with a coach and thought you could imagine what Regina’s coaching is about, you can’t. I did an immersive half a day session with her, and her work isn’t like anything else I’ve ever experienced. And I consider myself pretty advanced after all the seminars and workshops I’ve done. We started the session with me feeling unbalanced, worried, and tired. By the end of the session, I felt confident, grounded, and anticipatory/eager. I am not sure how Regina did her magic to transform me so much, but I can certainly see it took her years to learn all the tools and use them interchangeably. The most amazing part of that day was a childhood trauma release that I experienced in my body. I’ve been going to traditional therapy for over a year, but I’ve never gotten anywhere close to what Regina took me through. After crying and shaking that trauma off my body, I was able to reclaim my inner power. Without a doubt, that was a life-changing experience. Together with Regina, we did several incredible meditations. I absolutely loved her guidance through those meditations and her voice. Also, with the kind of person she is, Regina creates a safe environment within minutes of knowing her. I don’t think I was ever able to open up to someone I don’t know so fast. Her kindness, acceptance, and wisdom are healing by themselves without her even doing the work on you. Regina uses a combination of techniques based on what she thinks you need. It’s anything you can and cannot imagine - breathwork, different meditations, elements of IFS, spiritual components, and anything that pushes your limits to do that inner work to free yourself up from yourself. Coming into the session without any expectations, I left it with so much clarity. Regina is like an angel behind whose back there are years of experience instead of wings. After this immersion, I feel like I saved years of therapy in just one day. This coach is my lucky find!
