My initial goal when I first starting coaching session with Ramona was to see if I could use the coaching sessions to improve my leadership. I was very hesitant at first, I’m not much for asking for help or being vulnerable about areas of improvement. To me, leadership always seemed like something someone either have or they don’t. Within the first session I knew that the more I opened up and the more honest I was with myself, the more I could improve and strengthen my leadership skills. Ramona has a way of really digging into the false perceptions and exploring the reasoning behind feeling the way I felt at times. Not only has Ramona helped get me through some stressful situations but she has coached me to get myself through these situations quickly and efficiently. Stressful situations have happened and will continue to happen but Ramona’s coaching has empowered me to work through them proactively and in control than ever. Coaching with Ramona has blended over into my personal life and I can resolve situations in a more positive outcome than before. Highly recommend Ramona to anyone who is skeptical and wants to grow their leadership skills. You will get out of it what you put in.
