Best gym ever! I can't recommend this place enough. Sadly I could only train here for about 5 months but in that short time I learned so much and saw a lot of change in my body 💪

The coaches have an incredible eye for detail and know how to push their students to improve without it being too much. Because the classes are small, the coaches give individual advice which really helps, especially for beginners. The atmosphere in the gym is great, too, everyone is really encouraging and people cheer each other on, no matter if they've been training for a month or 10 years. Even though I was only there for a short time, the gym almost felt like a family (in a good way 😅) and I made some great friends.

Also, the gym is much cleaner than other Muay Thai gyms I've been to. Lastly, I loved that you don't have to book the classes in advance, there are so many different ones each day, and you can combine the classes to make your own schedule so it was very easy for me to fit a lot of training into my week. Overall, awesome experience, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

I was in town on vacation and decided to take a class here at Pu’u Muay Thai and I had an amazing experience! I’ve been training 6x a week for a little over a year now and this was one of my favorite gyms I’ve ever trained at. The coach was very knowledgeable and helped me with some of my kicking techniques and even pulled me aside for some one on one pad work, my partner for the class was awesome and everyone in the gym was very friendly. I seriously can not recommend this place enough so if you’re in town on vacation or a local living in the area you too should take a class

I am not exaggerating when I say Pu'u Muay Thai is THE BEST! I initially went in with my husband for a two-week trial. After a few classes, we knew we wanted to sign on for another six months and I'm so glad we did. The classes are challenging and fun, and the instructors take their time to explain and model the moves they are teaching. They are all patient, supportive, and motivating. There is a really strong feeling of community as soon as you walk in and everyone is friendly and kind whether you've been training for a week or decades. I highly encourage anyone thinking about giving it a try to come in and see this amazing community for yourselves.

I’ve been coming here for about a month and a half now and this has been an excellent experience. This is a great authentic Muay Thai academy for beginners AND for those who have experience in martial arts. The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Classes are available for just about any type of schedule. The best part is the environment that is created by everyone who attends. Highly recommend this to everyone! See you at Pu’u!

ive been going to Pu'u muay thai for about 2 months and i love it here. All the coaches are super patient and they are all very helpful and make everything understandable. Its so hard to find a gym that has such a good environment , great coaches and just an overall amazing vibe, pu'u muay thai has all that.

This gym is truly incredible. The instructors (Kru) are dedicated to the art and teachings of Muay Thai. They have a sharp focus on the fundamentals, which is immediately evident when you watch the form of everyone from their youngest practitioners, to the oldest. All the students are just as friendly, and genuinely willing to help you learn and improve. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn a new skill, get in shape, or if you are an experienced Muay Thai practitioner. There is something here for all.
