Ambrose is a one in a million trainer. He was able to work around my existing injuries as well as help me through rehab post knee surgery. My knee feels better than it has in years. I highly recommend Ambrose!

I've been working with Ambrose for almost 2 years. In that time I have gone from a dedicated couch potato to an active senior adult. My core strength and balance are improved. He also helped me through a knee injury and I was able to keep my vacation plans and walk unassisted on an 18 day cruise around the British Isles. I feel at least 10 years younger than what the calendar says. If you are unsure about whether you need a personal trainer talk with Ambrose.

I am in my late 60s and was first introduced to Ambrose through my chiropractor. I had been diagnosed with deterioration of the lower back (level 3 out of 5, with 5 being the need for surgery). I have had occasional back pain issues for more than 25 years. At first, I did the home workouts Ambrose created for me. Later, I decided to work with him at the gym. Ambrose is THE BEST, with a wonderful combination of people skills and competence. His help is holistic and encompasses nutrition, mindset, and body movement. I have gotten stronger and can do things I never would have tried before. Everyday things, like reattaching my dryer vent, getting under my sink to unclog the drain. And simple things like squatting down to reach cosmetics at the bottom shelf of the drug store is no longer a chore. I could go on how he has improved my quality of life and my ability to participate in ping pong, stand and sit for much longer periods of time, and more. He has made a difference in my life in many ways and can do the same for you.

Ambrose and Prosper Strength have been a real game-changer for me. As somebody with long-standing chronic muscle and joint pain, I had struggled find a fitness regimen that worked for me. Re-aggrevating old injuries and creating new ones was all too common before joining Prosper Strength. Ambrose took the time to take a complete and wholistic view on what was going on and create a customized, well thought out plan that has allowed me to steadily re-build my strength without re-injury. He has an amazing understanding of physiology and how everything needs to work together – from which he is able to dial-in and address the ‘root cause’ of the issue, rather than just ‘working around’ the symptoms. I’ve been extremely pleased with my return to fitness with Prosper Strength, and would not hesitate to recommend Ambrose to anyone looking to regain their strength following a physical injury/setback.

Ambrose is a phenomenal trainer and coach and well worth the monthly investment in in-person training. I am a middle-aged athlete seeking to maintain playing impact sports as long as possible while also preparing my body to age as in as high a functional state as possible. Ambrose has a deep knowledge of how the muscles work as a connected unit, cutting edge training, nutritional, and supplement science, and leadership and motivation. His exercise routines are designed specifically to target my goals, including injury prevention, rehab, and long term functional improvement.
