This review is long past due. To be completely transparent I initially contacted Pow'r Point to come service my generator. The tech that came out put to much oil in the generator causing the generator to smoke excessively, with the possibility greater damage had been done due to excessive oil pressure.

All businesses are pretty easy to deal with when everything is going right. It is when issues arise that you find out if a company stands behind their work or if they leave the consumer hanging. I read another review that Pow'r Point is not reputable. I couldn't disagree more. The outstanding people at Pow'r Point absolutely bent over backwards to make things right and without any hesitation, I fully recommend them. You can stop reading and call Pow'r Point with confidence.

I contacted Pow'r Point when the dealer which originally installed my Kohler generator failed to provide needed service and would not return phone calls. Although I was not their customer, Renee at Pow'r Point listened to my issue, scheduled a technician (Patrick) who promptly resolved the problem, and ensured the generator and ATS were properly supported under warranty. I highly recommend Pow'r Point for their responsiveness and helpful knowledgeable staff!

Wonderful company with friendly and professional staff. A few years back I had a generator installed at another location so am able to compare the service of two different companies. Pow'r Point definitely provided better service while still offering a comparable price. I highly recommend Pow'r Point.

Company looks the part but is certainly not professional. Recently replaced our previous generator (installed by pow’r point) which only had 50 hours on it. New company told us that none of the previous install was up to code and that it wasn’t that they were trying to be cheap - they simply didn’t know what they were doing.

Aside from the errors found later, one of the coils had completely fried (when the generator only had about 30 hours on it) because the ground wire was not large enough. Of course we replaced because pow’r point told us it was an unavoidable accident.

No guarantee of their work or parts and likely doing jobs without permits. Find a reputable company and avoid these guys.
