The food was fine The issue was the service. The amount of time it took them to make my chicken sandwich I could have gone out and killed the chicken and deep fryer it quicker. Mind you there was no other customers inside and at least three employees working there was zero need of it.

Went there last night. (Thursday) and there was something absolutely god awful about the biscuits and the taste of the food. Like there was a horrible soap chemical taste to the biscuits.

It left the worst filmy taste that coated your tongue.

We had a family box of 8 biscuits. We tried 3 of them to see if it was only a few. And all 3 tasted the same.

The chicken was very stringy and chewy.

We usually never have a complaint with Popeyes but this time was really bad. We got the 16pc family deal. Very disappointed for the money spent.

4:30pm on a Wednesday and they’re not even open. Had to settle for Burger King next door, I paid $42 for only 2 combos and by the looks of the menu, this Popeye’s location seems overpriced too.

The food here was good,, ordered two chicken sandwiches and a drink,, waited an Hour for our order while at least six couples that ordered behind us, received their meals ahead of us, normally I wouldn't post a negative review , but with rain on our tail,,& travelling on a motorcycle, we had no intentions of spending over an hour and a half here! Will Not be stopping here again

Every time I’ve stopped here there’s never any spicy chicken sandwich. I have stopped maybe 6-8 times. The staff is miserable and should smile or seem happy while at work

We stopped at 6:10 on a Saturday night for supper. They told us that they close at 6:30 so they couldn’t get us any chicken sandwiches. Chicken sandwiches take 15 minutes to cook so there isn’t enough time. We enjoy Popeyes but this particular franchise has disappointed us so many times.

Every time we come to this location it’s one problem or another. Oftentimes employees act like they are bothered you’re there and are rude. If they manage to get your order correct, it usually tastes good though. Last time we were successful at actually finding them open they got 3 different parts of our order wrong. Another time we were told drinks don’t come with the meals (since when?) But very often when we attempt to stop in (bc we like Popeyes and there aren’t many around) they will be closed when the online hours show they are open. Like tonight. Online shows 11 pm but they close at 6. I was told they can’t change that; someone certainly can. So I’m letting everybody know - if you are thinking they are open, call ahead before you go all the way there bc they are probably not open the hours it shows online. Same for Burger King.

Tried getting a frozen strawberry lemonade each day this week and every time the machine is being cleaned at 4:30-5 yet the establishment doesn’t close till 6pm! Shouldn’t them employees wait until after closing to clean those particular items?
