One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Completely unorganized, the lack of care to the products during travel. I even witnessed multiple arguments on job sites about timing and lack of communication.
What twisted my guts the worst! Is when I saw one of the new owners ripped a paint brush right out of my coworkers hand right in front of a new hire and myself still training* he told him “you’re doing it wrong! This how you do it!” Then proceeded to paint a few strokes and then dropped the brush in the paint bucket instead of giving it back. My mouth dropped with disbelief and disgust instantly. Mind you this coworker had already spent 3 days painting these items and the new owner that walked by at the last pile… blew my mind! How can you treat your employees like that!!
