The most adorable, quaint, well-curated, plant/home decor store. Pistil & Page has an amazing selection of plants (and the owner is highly knowledgeable about plant care) but also timeless and cozy home decor- the table linens are incredible, candle selection is on fire (literally), and so many other goodies to be found. I will be doing all my gift shopping here for the holidays, and HIGHLY recommend making the trip to Gardiner to visit.

A little slice of plant heaven! An incredible inventory of houseplants to choose from and Alex, the owner, is so helpful and knowledgeable about what each plant needs. Tons of cool tools and trinkets for houseplants that I didn’t even know I needed. Plus, she has an array of gifts available from cute cards and notepads to cookbooks and of course, plant books! And my favorite random item, sage. Kind of reminds me of the plant version of a Papersource store, which are few and far between in Maine (are there any?). And my daughter loved her little beta fish. Great store, will happily be returning for my Christmas shopping.
