This will be my first week here at Pioneer RV park in Wellton AZ. I have to say this place rocks! The park manager Donny and his wife in the office have been so accommodating to say the least! The park is beautifully maintained,
the people here are friendly, and of course the weather is gorgeous everyday! So glad I landed my rig here. Will be staying for many years to come! Thank you Pioneer!

Great park! We visited once (4/23) and now are here full time in the winter. Selling points for us: Everyone is nice! Plus 1. Large, 40’ wide spaces with a patio and a tree. 2. Annual space rent $2700 + electric 3. Whole facility maintained daily. 4. Great pool, hot tub, rec center, laundry room and 4 Pickleball Courts.

We spent a winter at this park and got to know so many people. The pool is a magnet that attracts sun-goers who are young at heart. The Swedish Weaving group, the dances, dog park, classes and groups of all kinds.. all so interesting. I still drive back each week to enjoy activities there.

The park was clean and adequate, the people we met playing Pickleball were very nice. But you can hear the highway traffic, and I got woke up twice throughout the night from trains. I can't speak throughly about the lady at the front counter, but let's just say she isn't nominated as one of the most friendly staff we have met. All in all, it's good for a short stop or cheap place to stay close to Yuma long term. It might squeak into 10th place for the Yuma area, but only because of the price only.
