I’ve trained with Lorene since 2018 and it’s been a great experience. She has a strong understanding of body mechanics, easily spotting and correcting any misalignments during exercises. She’s great at tailoring movements to how each person’s body responds, making sure we all get the most out of each session. Lorene is such a strong communicator, making it easy for both beginners and advanced students to follow along. Her progression plans have helped build strength and confidence. Pilates is a fantastic investment of effort with long-term benefits both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to learn, improve, or excel through Pilates.

I love working with Lorene and always finish my session feeling better than I did going in. Lorene has great range and can lead a rigorous work out or focus on PT-type exercises to change patterns in my body. We work together both in person and via Zoom when I'm traveling - which I really appreciate. I admire Lorene's expertise, problem solving ability, years of experience, work ethic and sense of humor. We've been working with Lorene and PilatesStrong for about 4 years and I have never regret that I asked Lorene for private sessions on the first day! It's such a great experience for us! Lorene is professional, passionate, energetic and always sweet and thoughtful! I have been taking once a week or twice a week Pilates with PilatesStrong for over three years now. It has changed my posture and balance significantly. I used to have severe neck and back pain due to desk job work, these issues no longer bothers me now! It takes time and effort to see progress, consistent is key. Highly recommend 🙂
