PLC takes the time to truly learn your needs and goals and formulates a plan to get you there. They’ve helped my son with everything from posture and flexibility to correcting his throwing mechanics and adding an additional 15 yards to his deep passes with no arm pain. The Performance Lab has been a huge help in the development of my son. My son went through the quarterback offseason development program. It really emphasized on balance, flexibility and strength. The other helpful tool was the throwing motion video breakdowns. Those gave us little adjustments to work on and has been very beneficial to his throwing mechanics. The program was very easy to follow and all the instructional videos were very detailed on how to do the exercises. If your serious about playing the quarterback position, I definitely recommend this program!

Morey is a miracle worker. My son has had several major injuries such as a broken leg, hernia, separated collarbone and more and Morey has helped to restore him to his previous self every time. Truly a cutting edge health clinician with sports as just one of his many expertise. Also great for pre-injury workouts for al ages.

I threw my back out one time playing kickball and stubbornly dealt with it until it "got better." Unfortunately, that didn't work out too well and I continued to have problems with my lower back for the better part of a year. After my sessions, I feel brand new. I definitely recommend this place.

An amazing facility with top-notch equipment and caring staff. I love coming here. The Thor Laser helped with healing my wrist. I work long hours in a cubicle, and its catching up to me. Thank god I came as soon as I did.
