I was visiting Maine and went back to Peak Performance for a massage (4 years after my first one there). I booked with Sandy again and she was so willing to accommodate my traveling schedule. I set up a 90 min massage with Ian. He was AMAZING! He was very polite and really was so respectful. His massage was spot on. He focused on all the areas I asked for including hips, sciatica, and gluts. He used exactly the right amount of pressure and checked periodically to make sure it was the right amount for me. I would highly recommend Peak ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Star experience ! Thanks Sandy & Ian. ❤️

Friday morning I text Sandy asking if they had any availability on Saturday for a 90min deep tissue massage, any time would work for me and any female massage therapist would work as well. She responded shorty stating that there was an opening at 10:30 Saturday morning. I showed up Saturday morning about 10 min. early and was greeted by Ian who stated he was my massage therapist. Of course I was not happy because I had made it clear to Sandy I was looking for a female therapist. I decided to stay for the massage because I really needed some work done. After we discussed my problem areas Ian stepped out and I got ready for the massage. The massage was a Swedish massage at best, it was very light, hardly any pressure, except the work he did on my IT bands which was not even a problem area. He didn’t spend more than 3-4min on the areas I needed most. The massage felt very rushed until he came to my back where he spent probably a good 45min of light strokes. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. Although Ian was very polite the massage nor the therapist were what I asked for. I am now down $140 and still need a massage.

Sandy is a great therapist, very knowledgeable and skilled. I called for injury and pain, got me in the next day. She used combined techniques to release muscles and relieve pain and tingling. After the one treatment, my symptoms were 75% better, surpassing my expectations. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!
She is very friendly and chatty, and conveniently makes appointments via text. Payments by cash, check, or venmo.
For accessibility, there are steps to enter, narrow hallways and a small bathroom.

Despite me calling at the last minute, and then being almost fully booked out due to the Valentine’s Day rush, Sandy was very helpful on the phone, and was able to get me in the very same day thanks to a cancellation from another person. I had Bobby for my massage, and he was amazing at walking me through the process (first time getting a massage) and communicating with the different levels of pressure I wanted. Overall, incredible experience, that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a massage.

I called late one Saturday (after close) and Sandy answered. Due to my schedule, I'm not able to make appointments during her regular hours. And I also have a long deficiency, so I'm careful of my surrounding. She was kind enough to work with me and got me scheduled early early. The first massage was okay, but she explained that she needs feedback from the client (that's me) in order to provide me with the best care. She ensured me that I wouldn't offend her lol. So I explained what I wanted and she did that and the next massage was so much better. She said it's going to take a few times before I'll know you. She's for a great personality. She's a go-getter and has a do whatever it takes attitude. She definitely knows how to go deep in the tissue and work out those kinks. I'm glad I found her. I just looked at the amazing reviews and thought I'd try for myself. I'm a weekly customer now. ; )

I had a great experience! I was visiting from out of town and was able to make an appointment online. Don't expect an immediate response, but I received a very reasonable response time - about 2 or 3 hours?
I saw John and he was great. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable. We talked a lot but he gave me the option for quiet, and he checked in on pressure. I'm very relaxed!
The room was well set up and the linens were nice (and my favorite colors to boot!)
The rates are reasonable/normal but there was a new client discount!!
A heads up that they do not accept credit cards (but there are a number of banks near by).

I'll keep peak performance in mind for the future!

Called to schedule an appointment the Team at Peak was professional and quick to get me in. I had Sandy as my massage therapist - she was amazing !! She was able to use just the right amount of pressure to relieve my pain. She was awesome and I will continue to book with her on a regular basis. Thanks Sandy!

I bought a Groupon for my first appointment here, and was a little nervous about it as I've never had a male massage therapist before. I had my massage with Bobby, who was very nice and respectful of boundaries. He did some intense work on my upper back and shoulders and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was so happy, I've booked a series with him to work on my upper body tension. I do recommend him!
