Passiflora Mosaics

I’ve now attended two workshops at Passiflora Mosaics. Both times were an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Class sizes are small, the location is beautiful, and the workshop is full of supplies that are incredibly organized. Fred and Donnell make a great team, providing detailed instruction to the class, prior to getting started on your project. Once you’ve started, they offer gentle guidance as you work. I think it would be a fun bonding/ team building experience to take these classes with family, friends, or co-workers. If you enjoy doing art, and want to learn more about mosaics, I highly recommend Passiflora Mosaics! I wish I could take all the classes!!

I’ve taken 2 classes here and liked my experience both times. The two teachers, husband and wife, are gentle teachers that offer guidance and like to teach. I went to their overnight camp and was struggling with my piece. Darnelle, the female teacher stayed up past midnight so that I could finish my mosaic. I’ll take a class with them anytime. Laurel

The class I took at Passiflora Mosaics was a joy! It was well organized for our safety and enjoyment. I was given many options of a project to do and the materials to make it my way. Help was available at all times. I would recommend any class here for any level of skill in mosaics. I will be back for another class. Meet Grover, my garden bug!

Took a class 4/12-4/14 2024 Mosaic Workshop with foam sculpting and cement coatings and mosaic tiles. The class was amazing. Fred and Donnell were hands on and explained and guided us through the process of making our designed piece. They taught us how to use the tools and techniques to create our own pieces. They guided us through each step. They offer classes and retreats to attend. I will be returning as I thoroughly enjoyed the class and the detailed training they provided. They support your individual talents and train and inspire you . Very creative workshop. Excellent and amazing! Can’t say enough about the greatness of the class. They are very talented and fantastic instructors.

I just went to my first mosaic workshop with Passiflora Mosaics and had a truly great experience! The workshop was very well organized with a bounty of beautiful materials for us to use on our projects. Donnell and Fred are so friendly, informative, patient, and helpful. I was a complete newbie and took on a project bigger than I could complete during the class. No problem - they gave me the materials and instruction I needed to complete my project at home. If you think you want to try mosaic art, don't hesitate to sign up for one of their workshops! I can't wait to do it again!!

What an amazing workshop! We learned a lot of skills and tricks while creating a sculpture using styrofoam and cement. The teachers and artists, Fred and Donnell, were fantastic. I loved this class so much and I'm definitely planning on attending another one of their events in the future.

What a great experience! I can’t recommend Pasiflora Mosaics workshops highly enough. Donnell and Fred lead wonderful workshops - you will learn, laugh, work hard, and leave with a durable piece of art that you made with your own hands.

Great teachers, so patient and helpful. The class area is set up so you can find everything easily. They give very clear directions and are always coming around to assist. Couldn’t have a better environment!
