Parkpoint Santa Rosa offers SO much and has such a welcoming and friendly vibe, I look forward to every visit! It really feels like a community and the variety of group exercise classes is fabulous! The cherry on top is ending your workout with a hot tub, steam room, and sauna sesh. I can't recommend this place enough!

Has everything I need and more! I recently moved here from Sacramento and searched for over a year to find the right gym/health club for me. I’m so glad I stumbled upon Parkpoint! Their staff are so friendly and helpful, the facilities are always clean, they have a great variety of equipment, racquetball courts, pickleball courts,, locker rooms with whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and plentiful showers stocked with toiletries! They offer so many fitness classes, including small group functional training and Pilates reformer classes. They even have a large lobby and cafe with free coffee in the morning, offering breakfast and lunch items and even beer on tap so you can hang out with friends after your workout. My only wish would be for a larger pool, but overall I couldn’t be happier with this gym.

Wide variety of classes and activities including Zumba, Pilates, water aerobics, circuit training, spin, yoga, and pickleball. Trainers and group exercise leaders are very good at giving modifications for folks who have an injury or limitation

Hmm...this is a tough one. Parkpoint is a nice gym supported by an awesome staff, but the club itself is not updated and there is little attention paid to the needs for a fulfilling workout. The club has all the basic elements to work out, but that's it. Unfortunately, in the area there isn't much choice of gyms... Parkpoint has lots of potential and it could be amazing, but right now it's just enough.
