I had a really amazing night tonight with our teacher, Terry! We started a bit late, probably around 6:20pm, waiting for others to come in. It's my first ever sip and paint and because of this, I'd want to do it again. My person really liked the output of my painting (even though it really was not great compared to others'). Terry was super nice; he was very encouraging. He gave us some good suggestions as we went but he still gives us the power to do whatever with our art. Because of this sesh, I realized that 3 hours is not enough time painting but it surely was fun.

Came in for the Brushes and Brunch class today and we had such a fun time.
Lovely atmosphere, great bites and beverages.
The ladies (Sydney and Ally)(hope I remembered those correctly!) were lovely and such great instructors!
We'd absolutely love to come back again.

Highly recommend! Ally is incredibly kind and talented. I was passing through town right after my Grama’s birthday and only had one day with her. Thank you so much for making it a memorable one! Ally is a patient and engaging teacher. We felt at home in her studio, where she provided easy to follow guidance, artistic insight, and conversation. She was also very flexible and accommodating of my Grama, which was much appreciated.

We went to the paint and wine night and had such a great time!! It was really fun walking away accomplishing a landscape and we got great input from our instructor. She was so warm, kind and made our experience wonderful! Would highly recommend and will go again.

Really old studio, bad service. Definitely seemed to be more about the money than anything else which created a really bad overall vibe. The way they deal with students is an absurd beyond absurd. They are consistently rude, short tempered, and ungiving of their time. Natasha, the receptionist is unprofessional and lazy. This is not the way to treat people if you want to create a positive experience. These are, at the end of the day, customers who have paid only to be treated poorly. Very disappointing experience that left me with a really bad taste.
I do feel that it's important to share my experience. Very unprofessional behavior and bad service. I just wanted to give a heads up to future students. All in all , there are much much better options for you other than this studio.

Upon walking in, the younger lady working was very sweet! I called and asked to bring a friend who was not painting out of courtesy to see if it was okay, I was told yes. Then we get there and said IN FRONT OF my friend the owner/manager said "usually we don't allow this, we thought you were painting" (terribly rude.). You have to pay for your canvas once your there, after paying for the class.

Do not book here unless you actually have some painting experience because they expect that. They didn't lead a session in any way, essentially they print out the picture of what you want and your on your way. I could do that at home... I had to continuously ask for guidance and next steps. It was essentially an open paint session. They don't know how to manage that amount of people. They taught me absolutely nothing and my piece came out terrible.

Terrible vibes all around, they aren't nice. I left feeling upset, which is not something that should happen when paying for an art class. Would not go here. Waste of time and money.

Paint Lab did an amazing socially distanced private group event via Zoom. I was able to pick up all necessary supplies at the studio, including paints and brushes, and even rented easels for the event! Everyone I spoke with at Paint Lab was extremely helpful, responsive, and nice. It was very easy to organize both before and during the party. The painting class over Zoom went smoothly, and was a very refreshing change of pace for a birthday in quarantine. I would highly recommend Paint Lab's private group zoom classes for any celebrations coming up or just for a fun, yet appropriately distanced activity to do during quarantine. Thank you so much for a wonderful day Paint Lab!!
